"For unto the angels hath he not put in
subjection the world to come, whereof we
speak.
But one in a certain place testified, saying,

What is man, that thou art mindful of him?
or the son of man that thou visitest him?
Thou madest him a little lower than the

angels; thou crownedst him with glory and
honour, and didst set him over the works
of thy hands:
Thou hast put all things in subjection under

his feet. For in that he put all in subjection
under him, he left nothing that is not put
under him. But now we see not yet all
things put under him."
Hebrews 2:5-8

What an uplifting word from our ordinary
circumstances that is in the Bible!
This truth of the awesome destiny of the
believers is one that needs to be better
understood by Christians.

One of the greatest motivations that there
is for them to live a splendid Christian life
is a sense of eternity.
So, the Christians are to inherit not only
the world, which is the case with Israel,
but they will inherit the universe also!

"All things" are in the process of being
given to them by the Lord, all of which
will one day be theirs.

". . .For all things are yours, Whether
Paul or Apollos, or Cephas, or the world,
or life, or death, or things present, or
things to come; all are yours, And ye are
Christ's and Christ is God's,"
1 Corinthians 3:21-23
Christians were told by Paul the apostle
that they were to inherit an eternal destiny.

Speaking to them, he said, "He that spared
not his own Son, but delivered him up for
us all, how shall he not with him also freely
give us all things?" Romans 8:32
Christians are told that they live in a special
age in which God is taking out of the world
a people for His name and forming them
together into a mysterious living group in
the world, the Body of Christ Himself.

One of the most wonderful features of
Christianity is that to be a Christian is to be
in an absolute union with God through
Jesus Christ.
The Body of Christ was unknown and not
foreseen by the prophets in the Old Testa-
ment times.

It was a: ". . . . .mystery, which from the
beginning of the ages hath been hidden in
God, who created all things by Jesus Christ,
To the intent that now, unto the principal-
ities and powers in heavenly places, might
be known by the church the manifold
wisdom of God," Ephesians 3:9-10
Following His crucifixion, burial, and His
resurrection, Jesus Christ took His seat at
the right hand of the Father,

"Far above all principality, and power, and
might, and dominion, and every name that
is named, not only in this world, but also in
that which is to come:
And hath put all things under his feet, and

gave him to be the head over all things to
the church,
Which is his body, the fulness of him that

filleth all in all." Ephesians 1:21-23
In the New Testament, their is an appear-
ance of a people who are given a special
destiny by the Lord. These are the people
called "Christians," believers in Jesus
Christ. They make up a group of people
in the world called "the Church."
It took Jesus two chapters of the Bible to
answer their questions, it's called the Olivet
Discourse.

The knowledge that the world would come
to an end was the outlook in the minds
of the disciples. The Lord Himself taught
us that it was true. These things will become
clearer in the New Testament.
The believers, in the early days of the Church,
had little knowledge of the coming of the Lord,
the end of the world, or the ending of history.

They didn't pay attention to whether they had
been here forever or would go on forever.
One day the disciples asked Jesus
". . .Tell us,
when shall these things be? And what shall be
the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the
age?" Matthew 24:3

But they were conscious that existence on
earth and even existence of earth itself was
a passing thing and would end someday.
The Bible describes the reality of this event
in the most clearest of terms that cannot be
denied by any opponent of the faith.

The catching away of the Christians is the
greatest source of anticipation of the true
believers across the world of our time.

The subject of the Rapture was given to
believers in the New Testament times.

These remaining Christians will meet Him
(Jesus) in the air and then be personally
escorted by Christ, the maker of the
universe, into Heaven and into the presence
of God the Father!

It is that awesome moment that helps us
to promise that there is a generation of
Christians who will not die; but rather
they will be caught up while yet in their
living physical bodies and taken suddenly
from this world to meet the Lord Jesus
face to face!
What wonderful hope for the Christians!

The Rapture will be a thrilling event to
everyone who has received Jesus as their
Savior.

But it will be a frightening time to those
who have not believed in the Gospel and
not made Jesus the Savior.

Why Wait, when accepting Jesus Christ as
Lord and Savior is so easy.

God doesn't put us on years of probation
before He decides whether we are Christian
or not. He knows by what's in the heart or
spirit of man.

Say Yes to Jesus today!
Remember, by missing the Rapture and
waiting until after the day of grace ends,
being able to be caught up to be with Jesus
Christ is past.

Then the fearful days of the Tribulation
starts. Non-Christians risk the possibility
of being lost in eternity. They also risk
going through the awful Tribulation in
which many people will die.
Doing it now is greater than ever, because
Jesus could come and take His Church out
of the world at any time.

We are the generation of people who will
be on the earth at His Second Coming!
Why wait?

The Bible says, "My Spirit shall not always
strive with man" (Genesis 6:3).

"He that, being often reproved, hardeneth
his neck, shall suddenly be destroyed, and
that without remedy" (Proverbs 29:1).

"Behold, now is the accepted time; behold,
now is the day of salvation" (2 Corinthians
6:2).
"Today if ye will hear his voice, Harden not
your heart" (Psalm 95:7-8)

If you are fortunate to have read this before
the Rapture, there is more hope for you.

You still have the privilege to escape that
awful time of trouble that we have just been
describing.

The Tribulation is coming, and Jesus said
it will be terrible beyond description.

Receive Jesus Christ now as your Savior
before it's too late!
If you are reading this during that terrible
time, be true to Jesus Christ.

Look at the end. . .the short time in which
you are called to suffer is rather small in
comparison to the length of eternity.

Keep eternity with Him in His Kingdom
in your mind day by day, and ask Him for
strength moment by moment.
The days of the Tribulation will be difficult
if not deadly for you if you do not play the
Antichrist's game by his Satanic rules.

It will be a time when living for Jesus will
mean hunger, danger, and death.

But it will still be possible to make a choice
for Him.
Believe in Jesus Christ and don't take the
mark of the beast! Be strong and committed
as a witness for Him. You may be a help to
many of those millions who will come to
know the Lord Jesus in those days of the
Tribulation Period.
The Tribulation will not only be a time of
immense suffering, but it will be a time of
immense evangelism.

Millions will be saved. We are told of a large
number of Gentiles (Revelation 7:9) that will
be brought into the Kingdom, because in
those days they will believe in the Lord and
accept Him as their Messiah.
