During the Church Age, God hasn't had any
specific program with the nation of Israel.

Instead (in this Day of Grace), He has been
calling both Jew and Gentile to faith in Jesus
Christ as the Savior of the world.

All who believe (in this day) are members of
the Body of Christ.
